Ownership, attribution, and third-party mark usage for X-DLM™, Provable Trust™, Electro Source, Siemens, and Black Duck references.

1. Electro Source Marks

X-DLM™ and Provable Trust™ are trademarks of Electro Source Inc.

The following names, phrases, and brand architecture elements may be used as Electro Source Inc. marks or service names:

Electro Source Inc. may update this list from time to time.

Use of Electro Source Inc. marks is not permitted without prior written permission.

2. Third-Party Marks

Siemens, Black Duck, and all other third-party names, logos, marks, product names, service names, and company names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Use of third-party names or marks is for identification, attribution, ecosystem, or descriptive purposes only.

No ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, approval, warranty, or guarantee by Siemens, Black Duck, or any third party is implied unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

3. Partner Attribution

X-DLM™ is delivered by Electro Source Inc.

References to Siemens and Black Duck are used for platform and ecosystem attribution only.

Partner attribution is pending final approval.

The phrase “powered by Siemens and Black Duck” is used as intended partner and ecosystem attribution and remains subject to final partner and legal approval.

4. No Transfer of Rights

Nothing on this website grants you any right, title, license, or interest in any Electro Source Inc., Siemens, Black Duck, or third-party trademark, logo, service mark, trade name, product name, domain name, or brand element.

All rights are reserved by their respective owners.

5. Use of X-DLM™ Materials

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, display, or commercially use X-DLM™ or Provable Trust™ brand elements without written permission from Electro Source Inc.

You may not use X-DLM™ or Provable Trust™ marks in a way that:

implies endorsement or approval
suggests ownership or partnership where none exists
misrepresents a relationship with Electro Source Inc.
damages or dilutes the brand
creates confusion with another product, service, or company
suggests that Siemens, Black Duck, or any third party owns or operates X-DLM™
